It is possible! I have the answers to ending the trend of obesity. Its not hard and its beyond rewarding. I don't want to sit here and try to sell things to you, so I wont.
I work for Beachbody, and together as a whole we are solving obesity with the biggest smiles on our faces! In beachbody we have a team called Team Tenacity. We are determined to end the trend. My best friends have been found through this team.
We all get eachother. Yeah we have 'workout dates' but we also have girl talk together with all the girls and we have push up contests with the boys. One thing is for sure; we are getting fit, having fun, and smiling more than ever.
I never expected to like fitness nevermind love it. God has a path for everyone; and now I see that this is what he wants me to do. He helpped me now he wants me to help you.
Yes, I am still losing weight and still getting fit, but I'm in no rush. I am enjoying everyday of my life. If I could I would share this with everyone in the world. It is beyond rewarding. It doesn't take much.
